It’s easy to be part of a group, to have a mob mentality; only when we learn to see beyond our own self-interests do we become Patriots. But patriotism takes work, it’s hard; patriots are not born they are self made. Make no mistake people who are fanatics are not patriots; they too easily bow to any demagogue, taking no responsibly for what is said or who is hurt. So I present this blog for anyone interested in what patriotism means to me, this is my opinion. I promise nothing more than that.
